Donald W. Richardson - Executive Vice President
Don Richardson is currently the Executive Vice-President in charge of Sales for the American Brownfields Assurance Company. Don is an expert in supporting contaminated property transfers across a range of technical services, from pre-acquisition due diligence support to remedial action implementation and long-term monitoring. Through his 20 plus years in the environmental consulting and contracting field, Don has acquired a broad range of project experience for public and private clients under Federal and State environmental regulatory programs. He has supervised environmental remediation and brownfield redevelopment projects in over 15 states and internationally. Don is a frequent guest speaker and has published articles addressing risk management strategies to facilitate contaminated property transfers.
Don completed his bachelor’s degree in geology at Washington and Lee
University and his master’s degree in hydrology at the University New Hampshire. He is a certified professional geologist, registered brownfields professional and a licensed New Jersey subsurface evaluator. His primary professional affiliations include:
